Terms and Conditions

1. Products:
The products offered for sale are ready-to-wear items, presented on the Site with a detailed description and photographs. The items are offered within the limits of available stocks. In the event that a product is unavailable after the order has been placed, the Seller will inform the Customer by e-mail and will offer either an equivalent product or a refund.

2. Order:
The Customer places an order by selecting the desired products and following the online ordering process. The order becomes firm upon validation of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the Customer summarizing the details of the order.

3. Price:
Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. The Seller reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

4. Payment:
Payment is made online via credit card or other payment methods offered on the Site. On FASHION SHOP COMPANY your transactions are secure and the Customer's banking data is not kept by the Seller.

5. Delivery:
Orders are shipped within 4 to 7 business days after payment validation, subject to product availability. Delivery times and costs are indicated during the ordering process. Any delays do not entitle the customer to cancel the sale, refuse the goods or claim damages.

6. Right of withdrawal, Return and Exchange:
The Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. The Customer may return or exchange an unworn and undamaged product, in its original packaging. The return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the event of an error on the part of the Seller. In the event of a compliant return, an exchange or refund will be made within 14 days following receipt of the returned product.

7. Warranty:
The products sold on the Site benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force. In the event of a defective product, the Customer may request the repair, exchange, or refund of the product.

8. Responsibility:
The Seller shall not be held liable for any indirect damage that may arise from the purchase of the products. Furthermore, the Seller shall not be held liable in the event of improper use of the products by the Customer or in the event of force majeure.

9. Personal data:
The information collected during the order is necessary for the processing of the order. Fashion Shop Company undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the information provided by the Customer and to process it in accordance with the regulations in force. The Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him/her.
