Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

1. Delivery Policy:

Delivery times:
Orders placed on the Fashion Shop Company website are generally processed within 24/48 hours and shipped within 4 to 7 business days after payment validation, subject to product availability. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and transport conditions. Orders placed during weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to follow the progress of your package.

Delivery areas:
We deliver our products to France. If your delivery address is outside these areas, please contact us before placing an order.

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. They will be indicated during the order process before confirming your purchase.

Possible Delay: Fashion shop company is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, logistics issues or customs delays.


2. Return and Exchange Policy:

Right of withdrawal:
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can return any product that does not satisfy you, without having to provide a reason or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs which are your responsibility.

Return conditions:
For the return to be accepted, the products must be returned:

  • In their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged).
  • With all labels intact.
  • In their original packaging.

Products returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

Return procedure:
To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at sav-fashionshop@outlook.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Return the products in their original condition and packaging to the address provided to you by our customer service.

Product exchange:
If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend that you return the item in question for a refund and then place a new order for the desired product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part or the product is defective.


3. Refund Policy:

Refund :
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Late repayment:
If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please check with your bank or credit card company. If the problem persists, contact us at sav-fashionshop@outlook.com .

Non-refundable products:
Certain categories of products cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Products on sale or on sale (except in the event of a defect).
